Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup kale, torn into pieces with ribs removed
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled before freezing
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • Slivered almonds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place almond milk, kale, spinach, banana, and almond butter in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Top with slivered almonds for a nice garnish.
