Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup kale, torn into pieces with ribs removed
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 frozen banana, peeled before freezing
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- Slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
- Place almond milk, kale, spinach, banana, and almond butter in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with slivered almonds for a nice garnish.
