Ingredients
- 24 oz almond butter, creamy
- 3 oz candied mango, thin, torn into small pieces
- 0.2 oz turmeric, ground
- 0.08 oz cinnamon, ground
- 0.04 oz cardamom, ground
- 0.04 oz cloves, ground
- 0.6 oz coconut sugar, pure, unrefined
- 1.5 oz candied mango, thin, small chop
- 0.2 oz pink peppercorns, cracked
Preparation
- Place almond butter in a food processor (Robot Coupe®) along with the 3 oz candied mango, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and coconut sugar.
- Blend with the metal blade until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the almond butter has a creamy, medium viscosity.
- Remove from processor and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the remaining 1.5 oz chopped candied mango and cracked pink peppercorns. Stir to combine.
- Store the Mango Masala Almond Butter in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
