  • 180g whole almonds
  • 30g granulated sugar
  • Honey Butter Seasoning Blend:
  • 4g honey powder
  • 3g butter powder
  • 0.05g milk type flavor (liquid)
  • 0.05g honey flavor (liquid)
  • 0.05g butter flavor (liquid)
  • 0.2g milk type flavor (liquid)

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, prepare the Honey Butter Seasoning Blend by mixing together all the blend ingredients.
  2. In a kettle or heavy-bottomed pan, combine the almonds and sugar.
  3. Heat over medium-high heat until the mixture reaches 150°C (300°F) and the almonds are fully caramelized.
  4. Remove the caramelized almonds from the heat and immediately dust them with the prepared Honey Butter Seasoning Blend.
  5. Let cool completely before serving or storing.
