Ingredients
Mascarpone Mixture
- 2 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 oz almond butter
- Confectioners sugar, as needed
Pizza
- 5 oz Pizza dough
- 3 oz mascarpone Mixture
- 9 oz roasted Fuji apples
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/2 oz caramel sauce
- 1 T almonds, toasted
- 1 tsp confectioners sugar
Preparation
- Blend mascarpone with almond butter.
- Sweeten to taste with confectioners sugar.
- Sheet the dough ball, using flour mix, and stretch to the appropriate size. Place dough on a 10-inch screen.
- Roll the docker over the pizza dough several times avoiding the edges.
- Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the dough all the way to the edge.
- Roll the edges in (approx. 1-inch) towards the center of the pizza.
- Distribute the apples evenly on the pizza.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on the pizza.
- Place pizza in the oven to cook. When the pizza looks almost completely cooked, remove it from the screen.
- Once the bottom of the pizza is fully cooked, remove it from the oven.
- Cut pizza into 4 slices and drizzle with caramel sauce, toasted almonds and confectioners sugar.
