Ingredients

Mascarpone Mixture

  • 2 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 oz almond butter
  • Confectioners sugar, as needed

Pizza

  • 5 oz Pizza dough
  • 3 oz mascarpone Mixture
  • 9 oz roasted Fuji apples
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 oz caramel sauce
  • 1 T almonds, toasted
  • 1 tsp confectioners sugar

Preparation

  1. Blend mascarpone with almond butter.
  2. Sweeten to taste with confectioners sugar.
  3. Sheet the dough ball, using flour mix, and stretch to the appropriate size. Place dough on a 10-inch screen.
  4. Roll the docker over the pizza dough several times avoiding the edges.
  5. Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the dough all the way to the edge.
  6. Roll the edges in (approx. 1-inch) towards the center of the pizza.
  7. Distribute the apples evenly on the pizza.
  8. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on the pizza.
  9. Place pizza in the oven to cook. When the pizza looks almost completely cooked, remove it from the screen.
  10. Once the bottom of the pizza is fully cooked, remove it from the oven.
  11. Cut pizza into 4 slices and drizzle with caramel sauce, toasted almonds and confectioners sugar.
