Ingredients

  • 120g whole natural almonds
  • 150ml of Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt
  • Honey to drizzle

Preparation

  1. Put three spoonfuls of Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Using a sharp knife, chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top.
  3. Finish with a drizzle of honey. Great for a speedy breakfast!
  4. TIP: Add slices of banana for a fruit boost.
