Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 6 ounces bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa, plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Place the chocolate and cocoa in a bowl.
- Bring the almond milk to a boil in a saucepan.
- Pour over the chocolate and cocoa and whisk well to melt and foam.
- Stir in the vanilla. If available, use a mixer to make it even frothier on top.
