1.1      Products offered for sale on the Ramara Enterprice website are available exclusively for delivery to addresses located within the territorial boundaries of India. At this time, Ramara Enterprice does not offer shipping services to addresses outside of India. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside of India will be automatically canceled, and any payments made will be refunded.

 

2.  Shipping Costs and Taxes

 

2.1    Shipping costs associated with your order will be calculated based on the total weight of the items purchased and the delivery method selected during checkout. These costs will be clearly communicated to you prior to the finalization of your order.

4.2   In certain circumstances, orders may be delivered within seven (7) days, depending on the proximity of the delivery address to our distribution centers and other relevant factors. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5.2    Ramara Enterprice shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, governmental actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

6.1   This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
